4.1 The Compliance Officer is responsible for oversight of OceanMind's compliance with the FAIS Act, its subordinate legislation, and related regulatory requirements. 4.2 All compliance-related enquiries may be directed to compliance@oceanmind.co.za.
5.1 OceanMind holds professional indemnity and fidelity-guarantee insurance in the amounts and on the terms prescribed under Board Notice 194 of 2017 and related regulatory instruments. 5.2 Details of the current cover are available from the Compliance Officer on request.
6.1 OceanMind maintains a Conflict of Interest Management Policy in accordance with the General Code of Conduct. The policy sets out how conflicts are identified, avoided, managed, and disclosed. Read the full Conflict of Interest Policy.
